How we work

Most homeowners only deal with a roofer once or twice in a lifetime, often after a storm or a leak. That's a stressful time to make a big decision, so we focus on giving you the information you need to decide calmly.

Every project starts with an inspection. We photograph what we find, explain it in plain English and put our recommendation and price in writing. If a repair will do, we say so.

What you can expect

  • Itemised written estimates. Every line is listed, from materials to disposal, so you can compare quotes like for like.
  • Photos of what we find. You see the same damage we see, before we recommend anything.
  • One project lead. The person who inspects your roof is your contact until the final walkthrough.
  • Clean, checked finish. Daily cleanup, a magnetic nail sweep and a final walkthrough with you.

Our commitments

  • We never ask for full payment before work starts.
  • We never offer to cover or waive an insurance deductible.
  • Changes to scope or price are agreed in writing first.
